Adriano Pinto

Bachelor’s degree in Management from ISEG.
He has worked for 25 years at PUJOLINVEST as a Commercial Director in the company’s assets Leasing Department.

Afonso Porto

Project Manager
Afonso Porto is a member (number 78082) from the Portuguese Order of Engineers.
He has worked since 2014 in the Production Team of Mota Engil and Teixeira Duarte, two major Portuguese construction companies, with a constant focus on deadlines, costs and final product quality. He was part of the production teams in projects with different sizes and natures, such as A Brasileira Pestana Porto Hotel (6M€), Porto Office Park, Oporto (30M€) and the expansion of Hospital da Luz, Lisbon (76M€).

Carlos Patrício

Administrator
Architect and Business Manager. Member 38676945 of the American Institute of Architects.
Has over 25 years experience in different aspects of real estate, namely: acquisitions, real estate development, asset management, agency and business setting.
Carlos Patrício developed several real estate projects in Portugal with a global amount exceeding 600 million Euros. He has developed more than 350 million Euros in projects in Lisbon (Quartzo Building, Palmela-Bank of China Building, Classic Building, CUF Clínica Alvalade, Holmes Place Alvalade, etc.) in over 15 years.

Cátia Neves

Project Director
Cátia Neves is a civil engineer, registered with the number 53242 in the Portuguese Order of Engineers, with a postgraduate degree in Conservation and Rehabilitation of Buildings and an Advanced Training in Energy Efficiency of Renewable Energies. She has over 14 years experience in Project Management based on methodologies certified by the "International Project Management Association" and ISO standards. For 11 years she was responsible for managing all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects (residential, office and industrial assets, such as Epic Sana Algarve Hotel, L'Oreal Paris Headquarters in Lisbon, Hotel Tiara Park Atlantic).

Gonçalo Esteves

Bachelor’s degree in management from Lisbon’s Autónoma University, he has 20 years experience in the real estate sector, both in Portugal and Brazil. With extensive experience in the high-end segment, he also holds the Presidency of Cascais Naval Club.

José Pujol

Chairman of the Board of Directors
Degree in Law and a postgraduate degree in Public Contracts. He has published several Law articles and studies related with Public Procurement. José Pujol has over 25 years experience in public procurement in various real estate projects. He has signed contracts for the construction of hospitals for a global amount of 400 million Euros, 50 million Euros in contracts
